Section 02This is an independent marketing website

This website is independently owned, operated and managed by the appointed marketing agency (—) on behalf of salespersons registered with the Council for Estate Agencies (CEA), Singapore. It is not the official website of the developer, and it does not represent an official launch, sales channel or announcement by the developer.

All property consultations, enquiries and transactions arising from this website are handled exclusively by CEA-registered salespersons.

Section 03Information is for reference only

Project information on this site — including the description, unit mix, floor plan types, sizes, availability counts, pricing, expected completion dates, amenities and location timings — is compiled from developer material and publicly available sources and is provided for general reference only.

Every reasonable effort has been made to ensure accuracy, but neither the developer nor the marketing agency nor its salespersons shall be held responsible for any inaccuracy, omission or subsequent change. You should verify all information directly with a licensed salesperson or with the developer's own sales documents before relying on it.

Section 04No offer and no contract

Nothing on this website constitutes an offer, an invitation to treat, a representation or a warranty, and nothing here forms part of any contract. Any purchase is governed solely by the developer's sale and purchase agreement, the approved plans and the documents issued at the point of sale, which prevail over anything stated here.

Section 05Visuals, plans and measurements

Images on this website are artist's impressions and are for illustration only. They may show landscaping, furnishing, finishes or fittings that are not part of the sale. Plans and diagrams are not to scale.

Floor areas and unit sizes are approximate, may include void or air-conditioner ledge areas where the developer's material does so, and are subject to final survey. Where a size is shown as "approx." it has not been confirmed in the developer's released floor plan set.

Section 06Prices and availability

Prices shown are indicative developer prices at the time of publication, before any discount that may apply, and exclude stamp duties, legal fees and other costs. Prices and unit availability change frequently and without notice.

Availability counts reflect the position on the date stated on the page and should be confirmed with a salesperson before you act on them.

Section 07Registration and your submissions

When you submit the registration form you confirm that the details you have given are accurate and that the mobile number and email address are your own or that you are authorised to provide them.

Submitting the form does not reserve, book or secure a unit. It is a request to be contacted. Personal data you submit is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

Section 08Intellectual property

The layout, text, design and compilation of this website are the property of the appointed marketing agency. Project imagery, names, logos and marks remain the property of the developer or their respective owners and are used here for the purpose of marketing the project.

You may view and print pages for your own personal, non-commercial use. You may not reproduce, republish, redistribute or modify any part of this website for commercial purposes without prior written permission.

Section 09Third-party links and services

This website may link to, or embed content from, third-party services such as mapping providers. We do not control those services and are not responsible for their content, availability or privacy practices. Map data is provided by OpenStreetMap contributors and is used under their licence terms.

Section 10Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the marketing agency, its salespersons and the developer shall not be liable for any loss or damage — direct, indirect, incidental or consequential — arising from your use of, or reliance on, this website or any information on it, or from any interruption or unavailability of the website.

Section 11Governing law and contact

These Terms of Use are governed by the laws of Singapore, and you submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Singapore courts in respect of any dispute arising from them.
